Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for the Incomars Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility

To join the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have verified parental/guardian consent (if applicable).

• Provide accurate information during registration.

• Not be prohibited from participating under local laws.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Incomars’ services truthfully and ethically.

• Use only your unique affiliate link for promotions.

• Avoid misleading claims, false promises, or deceptive marketing.

• Follow all platform rules (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc.).

You may not:

• Run paid ads using our brand name without permission.

• Spam users or use automated bots.

• Represent yourself as an employee of Incomars.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a commission on qualified sales generated through their unique link.Unless otherwise stated, the default commission rate is:10% – 15% per successful sale (based on performance or agreement).

Incomars reserves the right to update commission rates at any time, with notice.

5. Qualified Sales

A “qualified sale” is a sale:

• Made using your unique affiliate link,

• Paid in full by the customer, and

• Not refunded or disputed within 30 days.

Refunded, chargeback, or fraudulent transactions do not qualify.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments are made once your account balance reaches the minimum threshold (e.g., $100).

• Payments may be issued via bank transfer, PayPal, or another method chosen by Incomars.

• Commissions are paid after a 30-day verification period to prevent fraud or chargebacks.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Use “Incomars” or confusing variations in domain names, ads, or social usernames.

• Promote illegal, hateful, or adult content.

• Use cookie stuffing or unauthorized tracking methods.

• Make false claims about earnings or services.

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Incomars logos, banners, and approved marketing materials solely for promotional purposes.

You may not modify or alter our branding without permission.

9. Termination

Incomars may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms,

• Fraudulent activity,

• Misuse of affiliate links or brand assets.

Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

10. Modification of Terms

Incomars may update or change these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. No Employment Relationship

Participation in the Program does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Incomars.

12. Limitation of Liability

Incomars is not liable for:

• Lost earnings,

• Technical issues,

• Delays in payments caused by third-party services.

Your participation is at your own risk.
